Join us for an evening of arts and crafts!
FREE to the first 30 survivors to register by midnight of 11/14/18. Once the free spaces are filled, the cost will be $5 p/p.
Family and friends are welcome to participate at a cost of $5 per person.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE QTY MATCHES THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE REGISTERING FOR EACH "PRODUCT", FOR EXAMPLE: 1 SURVIVOR - Free, the qty for that "product" should be 1, add on 2 additional family members to participate, the qty for that "product should be 2.
Pizza, Salad and Drinks will be served. Feel free to bring your own food if you have dietary restrictions.
There will be several tables with various arts and crafts projects for you to choose from. Make 1 item to take home with you. Additional items you make will be used for our Jewelry and Craft Fundraiser on 12/2/18 and/or future fundraisers.

Also joining us is Laura Johnson, Director of the "Unmasking Brain Injury Project" from the Brain Injury Alliance of Arizona. We hope that everyone will join in this project that will be displayed around Arizona in 2019.

If we are not notified of change in attendance prior to the deadline, we will not be able to issue a refund for any amount you paid. In addition, if you have registered for a “FREE” spot paid on your behalf by We’re MOVING FORWARD! and do not notify us of your change in attendance before the applicable deadline or are a “no show”, we reserve the right to invoice you for the amount that was paid on your behalf.
