Picnic - Vendors
BEFORE REGISTERING, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE READ ALL THE INFORMATION ON THE MAIN PAGE FOR THIS ACTIVITY!
Once you have completed the registration process, please keep the confirmation email in a separate folder in your email account for future reference and to know you have already registered for an activity.

Annual Survivor Celebration Picnic
Accessible / Family Friendly
12:00 – 4:00 (table set-up is between 11 - 11:30 am and we ask that you are completely set-up no later than 11:30am)
Registration Deadline: 2/24/19 (However, if you register ASAP, we will have time to list you on our event flyer)
We have a limited amount of vendor space available. No cost for space, which will include a free meal for (1) of your representatives. Others are welcome at the cost shown below.
You will need:
Registration closes midnight of 2/24/19 or sooner if all spaces fill up. (Register everyone attending and Include payment for any additional lunch.)
Tablecloth for picnic size table. (Each registered vendor will have a picnic table with a bench on each side under a Ramada. Table and benches do not move, however there is room at both ends for wheelchair space if needed.)
Brochures, Flyers, Goodies etc. to hand out
FREE for Survivors of Brain Injury and their Immediate Family and/or Caregiver. Immediate family is described as the survivor’s parents, spouse, siblings and children.
$12 per person ages 13 & up
$6 per child ages 6 thru 12
Kids 5 and under are free (Registration is still required)
Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad, Assorted Chips, and Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches will be served. (If you have dietary restrictions, please feel free to bring your own food.)
Electrical will NOT be available.
We request that any recreational equipment be keep by the parking lot and to be used on the sidewalk area around the parking lot, not through the area where the picnic is going on.
